  1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods and services by The Orange Grove (“we”, “us”, “our”) through our physical shop and online store. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Ordering and payment

  • Orders can be placed in-store, by phone or via our online shop.
  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major debit and credit cards. We also accept cash for in-store purchases.
  • Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss an alternative or refund.

3. Delivery and collection

  • We offer local delivery within our designated areas. Delivery charges apply – see our delivery information page here.
  • Deliveries are made within the time slot agreed upon at the time of ordering. While we strive to meet delivery times, we are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Orders for collection must be picked up from our shop at the agreed time slot. Proof of purchase may be required.

4. Flowers and products

  • Flowers are perishable items and may vary in appearance from images shown due to seasonal availability.
  • We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value where necessary.
  • Care instructions will be provided where applicable, and we are not responsible for deterioration due to improper care.

5. Cancellations and amendments

  • Smaller orders can be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time.
  • For substantial wedding and funeral flower arrangements, amendments and cancellations should be made at least seven days before the scheduled delivery or collection time because of the notice period we need to give our suppliers.
  • For same-day orders, cancellations or amendments may not be possible.

6. Refunds and returns

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

8. Privacy and data protection

9. Governing law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
