Refunds and Returns Policy

The Orange Grove takes the utmost care in sourcing flowers of outstanding quality from well-established and reputable suppliers. We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Fresh flowers

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we can only offer refunds or replacements if the flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition. If you have any concerns about the quality of your flowers, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery or collection, providing photographs where possible. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-perishable items

For non-perishable products such as vases or accessories, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Cancellations and Amendments

  • Smaller orders can be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time.
  • For substantial wedding and funeral flower arrangements, amendments and cancellations should be made at least seven days before the scheduled delivery or collection time because of the notice period we need to give our suppliers.
  • For same-day orders, cancellations or amendments may not be possible.
